You will see some of the nominees for the 2008 CMT Music Awards at Star Spangled Celebration 2008 - Sara Evans, Billy Ray Cyrus and Luke Bryan. Our Saturday headliner - Sara Evans - is nominated for Best Female Video of the Year for “As If”. Her Director, Roman White, could claim top honors for Best Video Director of the Year. Billy Ray Cyrus is in the running for Best Tear-Jerker Video of the Year with “Ready, Set, Don’t Go”, his hit with his daughter, teen pop sensation - Miley. Newcomer Luke Bryan’s “All My Friends Say” is in the running for Best Comedy Video of the Year (best humor and wit) and Weekend Breakthrough Video of the Year (best video from a debut album).
