I was extremely disappointed in Billy Ray’s performance at SSC. To me it seemed more like an infomercial. The constant comments about Miley, Hannah Montana, his movie, his friends, just seemed very cheesy. His segment was WAY too loud and he spent more time yelling than actually singing. He looked sickly too.

I am a huge country fan, and a long time star spangler. If the old Billy Ray would have been there it may have been OK, the new plastic version, is not improved.

Please don’t bring him back.

Rumor has it that he has a special guest….does anyone know who that might be? My 10 year old daughter is hoping it’s Miley. Any ideas????? Just wondering…hope y’all are having a blast at SSC!!! See you there!!

Just wondering, if we’ve already paid for a camp site (tent), where will we be camping. We used to camp in the baseball field.

Also, we are coming from Winona, MN, do you know of any detours that we will have to take to get there?

I’d just like to say an early welcome to TEAM SSC! We are just over a week away from the kick off of our 15th year of SSC and are really excited.

I think we have a great concert and we’ve ordered sunny, dry weather! We all deserve it after the last few years, and here in Richland County, after the last year of flooding, snow, snow and more snow, followed by more rain and flooding!

Thank you everyone for your support and for coming to enjoy the concert. We couldn’t do it without each and every one of you from the 1,000 + volunteers that help keep everything running, the sponsors who provide the funding to help us meet our mission, the entertainers who give such great shows, our promoter, Jayson Promotions, who help us with their crystal ball, to the committee who put in countless hours! And all this to deliver a great show which provides the funds to donate back to the community!

I am proud to be a part of TEAM SSC and to help lead this organization. Thank you for whatever part you play in TEAM SSC and we look forward to a great show this year!
