We have great news for those wishing to be VIPs for Star Spangled Celebration 2008.  We have just opened up another block of seats.  Yes, you can sit right up front!  You will  mingle with VIPs from around the country - you’ll have a great time!  We’ll provide your chair (no one else can take your seat), your refreshments and meals.  And - your gate time is one hour earlier that the rest of the crowd.  These seats sell quickly - order yours today!!

Children are most welcome at Star Spangled Celebration.  One of the things we pride ourselves on at Star Spangled Celebration is that it is affordable and family friendly.  Children 11 and under are admitted free in the general admission area when accompanied by a ticketed adult.   Camping is very affordable at SSC - RV sites are just $65 and tent sites are $50.  For the convenience of our campers, the campground opens at noon Wednesday is within walking distance of the festival grounds.  There are also private campgrounds in the area.   Our alcohol-free area of the festival grounds is completely separate from the beer garden.  Fans can only gain admittance to the beer garden by proving they are of legal age or they must be accompanied by a parent.  You can reserve your tickets and campsite on-line or by calling the office at 800-375-0876.  So - bring the kids and we will see you at SSC 2008 in June!

Lots of news about Billy Ray Cyrus on his website.  He and Miley are hosting the CMT music awards.  He will host the 6th season of Nashville Star in June.  He just wrapped up production on the movie, “Flying By” based on a song by that name from his most recent album, Home At Last.  He’s working on 2 feature films, “Bait Shop”  and “Hannah Montana”; his follow-up album; and the 3rd season of the Hannah Montana series!  AND he is coming to Star Spangled Celebration in Richland Center Saturday, June 28.

Our Saturday headliner - Sara Evans - is nominated for Best Female Video of the Year for “As If”. Her Director, Roman White, could claim top honors for Best Video Director of the Year. Billy Ray Cyrus is in the running for Best Tear-Jerker Video of the Year with “Ready, Set, Don’t Go”, his hit with his daughter, teen pop sensation - Miley. Newcomer Luke Bryan’s “All My Friends Say” is in the running for Best Comedy Video of the Year (best humor and wit) and Weekend Breakthrough Video of the Year (best video from a debut album). Save $$$ when you purchase your Star Spangled Celebration tickets before May 1, 2008.  We have tiered ticket pricing this year, and ticket prices increase by $10 on May 1.  Daily general admission will be $55, 3-day general admission will be $80.  Daily reserved admission will be $85, and reserved 3-day admission will be $140.00

Ticket prices at the gate for the 2008 concert are $60 for general admission and $100 for weekend admission.   Sooooo… buy early!!
